We require first-time clients to commit to a minimum of 6 months. This ensures we’re working with individuals ready to do it the RIGHT way—no quick fixes or unrealistic expectations, just sustainable progress and real results.

Because our coaching is so personalized, the price depends on a few things: which coaching services you need to succeed, your goals, your experience, how long you’re committed, your payment options, and the promos we may be running.
We also offer payment plans and are HSA/ FSA approved to make sure investing in your health is manageable for the willing and committed. We’ll talk through all your options on the call so everything’s clear, and you’ll know exactly what works for you.
Just a heads-up, our custom coaching plans require a minimum commitment of 6 months or more for first-time T.O.C. members.
