Looking at Jill's journey, Coach Paul first focused on improving her metabolism.
The second thing that Coach Paul addressed with Jill was her internal health.
Her body wasn't happy. She was also diagnosed with SIBO, so Coach Paul collaborated with her doctor to tailor her nutrition and fitness to help with that.
When your internal health is out of wack, you will be met with extreme resistance or, in some cases, not see results or even gain weight, so some people, like Jill, need a more personalized approach to be able to start seeing results.
This also helps her to:

regain energy
get crazy PRS (adding 40 lbs to her hip thrust
10 lbs to her overhead press, 25 lbs to her lat pull down)

Hopefully, by now, you are starting to get what I mean when I say HOW you do it matters.
We could have put her in a calorie deficit, but it would have just made things worse and dug her deeper into a hole that would take her longer to get out of.
That is why we start every single one of our clients by addressing their metabolism, internal health, and other significant issues holding most people back (mindset, relationship with food, knowledge, accountability, etc.) This is the 1st phase of our three steps guaranteed method that helps all of our clients to get amazing results that allows them to live their best life FOR LIFE.
